Are devices only supporting Android really a HTPC

Should devices like Amazon Fire TV and OUYA which only supporting Android really be listed here as a "HTPC"? Suggest to change title or remove those devices, as I argue that only devices that can be reinstalled with either Linux, OSX, or Windows should be classified as a "HTPC", as I think that pure Android devices are not HTPC by definition, not even those based on Android 5.x OS version. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gamester17 (talk • contribs)
