Kodi v15 (Isengard) final has not been released yet, never mind v16 (J*). As such, this condensed changelog is a placeholder containing chamges to the current Kodi mainline. It is a very much a work in progress, this is only listing new features and functions commited to the master branch after Isengard branching, and many many many things are subject to change.
