The Extra Fanart is mostly a slideshow of Fanarts. Is not a native XBMC Feature, some Skins implement this.
In your TV Show Directory Structure add below in TV Show Folder a Folder named extrafanart. Put all your extra Fanarts inside of it. File-ending must be .jpg ?
