Gotham update notes

Just throwing some of my notes about what seems to have changed in v13 Gotham. -- Ned Scott (talk) 21:04, 11 May 2014 (EDT)

  • artist.xml - Some kind of NFO-like file that can also contain MusicBrainz URLs?
  • album.xml - Some kind of NFO-like file that can also contain MusicBrainz URLs?
  • Apparently there's some MusicBrainz tag in MP3s and other music files. If the tag is there then it overrides everything, taking priority over all other tags in the music file. If the MusicBrainz tag is different from the other internal tags, this can lead to duplicates?
