There are several other p2p IPTV systems out there. I'll list what I know here, so we can decide on adding other links on the article:

ppstream http://www.ppstream.com/ Very hard to use unless you know Chinese! Lots of channels though, probably the best for choice of channels. Unsure about viewing this via xbox. More investigation needed, or maybe someone who speaks Chinese can help?

SopCast http://www.sopcast.org/ Fast and easy to use. Has a built in server which can be viewed from the xbox.
