Extract thumbnail and video information - When enabled, Kodi will extract thumbnails from videos that have no thumb in the library and information such as codecs and aspect ratio to display in Library Mode.

Combine split video items - Main page: File stacking By using certain naming extensions and enabling this setting, you can enable "file stacking" for split video files. File stacking allows multiple video files to appear and play as if it were one movie file. This also allows VIDEO_TS files from DVD rips to act as a single video when playing them in file view, as if it were an ISO.
Replace names with library titles - When a file is scanned into the library it will display the metadata title instead of the file name.

Flatten hierarchy - Flatten TV show seasons - Removes the TV show season node, toggles between "If only one season" (default), "Always" and "Never".
Show empty TV shows - Select first unwatched TV show season / episode -
When entering TV show season or episode views, automatically selects the first unwatched item. If viewing seasons, selects the first season with unwatched episodes. If viewing episodes, selects the first unwatched episode. Only applies if sort method is set to Episode
Include "All seasons" and "Specials"
Download actor thumbnails - Gets thumbnails for actors when scanning media.
