This tutorial will show how to hide or change the clock. This is achieved by editing includes.xml and Custom_1109_TopBarOverlay.xml (...\Kodi\addons\skin.estuary\xml\)

Change the clock (except OSD/Info)

The clock in includes.xml is used by all windows except the OSD (pause/rewind) and Information Page.

Read more about how includes work.

Open includes.xml and find the following code. Then comment it out which removes the clock completely from Kodi (except OSD/Info), or just edit it.

<control type="label">
	<font>font_clock</font>
	<shadowcolor>text_shadow</shadowcolor>
	<height>200</height>
	<width>auto</width>
	<animation effect="fade" start="100" end="0" time="300" condition="Window.Next(screencalibration)">WindowClose</animation>
	<label>$INFO[System.Time]</label>
</control>

Change the clock in OSD/Information page

Open Custom_1109_TopBarOverlay.xml and find the following code. Then comment it out which removes the clock from the OSD and Info page, or just edit it.

<control type="label">
	<font>font_clock</font>
	<shadowcolor>text_shadow</shadowcolor>
	<top>0</top>
	<right>20</right>
	<height>200</height>
	<width>600</width>
	<align>right</align>
	<label>$INFO[System.Time]</label>
</control>
