Right now you’ll only have the default skin Confluence installed. We need to fetch more from XBMC’s repositories.
Although there are many skins already available to you from Kodi Add-on repository, there are even more that you may want to try out, including modified versions of the ones available in the Official Kodi repository.  Some of those skins can be found in the [http://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=67 Skin Support] section of the Kodi forum as well as Work in Progress skins which can be found in the [https://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=160 Skinning/WIP Skins] sub-section of the Kodi forum.

#Press cursor left so that the ‘Get More...’ button is highlighted and press enter.
To install these skins you will need to install them from a zip file. See: '''''[[Add-on_manager#How_to_install_from_a_ZIP_file|How to install from a ZIP file]]'''''
#Now you can pick which skin you want to install from the list! Simply cursor up and down to highlight the one you want to try, then press enter.
#A confirmation window will appear. Press enter on ‘Install’ to continue.
#You will see a percentage value beside the skin name complete, followed by the word ‘Enabled’ appear beside it.
#You may be prompted if you’d like to enable the skin now. Select Yes.

You’re done!

:''Note: Confluence was designed to be fully featured. Sometimes as a new user, it can be daunting enough to get used to the program for starters without changing things. It is highly recommended that you stick to Confluence until you’re sure of how things work. Should you ever encounter issues with another skin, such as the feeling that something is missing, consider reverting to Confluence to see if it was simply an issue with that skin.'

Many of us have been tempted by the allure of Kodi's beauty. There are some excellent skin designers out there who have gone to great lengths to create and share beautiful ways of viewing and navigating our media collections. As default, Kodi comes with the excellent skin Estuary, but there are plenty more to choose from.

1 Installing a new skin

2 Installing a skin from a zip file.

Although there are many skins already available to you from Kodi Add-on repository, there are even more that you may want to try out, including modified versions of the ones available in the Official Kodi repository. Some of those skins can be found in the Skin Support section of the Kodi forum as well as Work in Progress skins which can be found in the Skinning/WIP Skins sub-section of the Kodi forum.

To install these skins you will need to install them from a zip file. See: How to install from a ZIP file
