Introduction

cdART Manager is the means of choice when it comes to music artwork.
It scans your library for recognizable albums and artists and retrieves missing identifiers. Once identified, cdART Manager downloads artwork from fanart.tv for offline use in your favourite skin. While album artwork is its predilection, it is a comprehensive tool to get and manage all album and artist related artwork.

Quick Start

As cdART Manager uses your music database as base for all its work, your database must be present and working.
Usually the script works fine on most skins but some issues have been reported. If you thin something's incredibly wrong consider switching to Confluence skin and retry. If it works with Confluence then first blame the skinner. If this doesn't fix it or the problem persists in Confluence please report to the forums, the devs might have some useful information for you.

After installation you will find the script in your programs folder, go ahead and start it. On its first start a basic setup dialog will appear.
The most important setting ist the "Music folder Path". Unfortunately this is also the most misunderstood setting.
The Music Folder Path is the base Path cdART Manager stores most of its downloaded artwork in.
This doesn't have to be your music folder (if you have an explicit one) if you dont want the script to clutter your music directories. It of course must be writable for Kodi.

Here's a description of the available settings in detail: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=77031&pid=566651#pid566651
