	It's kind of assumed that "System" in confluence is synonymous with "Settings". The link for "add-on manager" is pretty close to that section, but still gives the reader a chance to read the add-on page intro and see the table of context, but I don't feel strongly one way or another about that link. 			As for what pages have install instructions or not, that depends on two factors. One is if the add-on is exposed in the GUI, as there are some add-on types that aren't. The other is that only Frodo Repo add-ons generate instructions automatically.

			I dunno how to edit it.
			I doubt many people go System->Settings as that's basically the same thing as just selecting System, also correct would be:
			# System
			# Settings
